Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a 000bet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 000bet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the 000bet platform or any affiliated platform operated under the same group.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, and you accept full personal responsibility for ensuring your own compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 000bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any pending winnings or bonus balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. Any activity conducted from your account while logged in using your credentials is your sole responsibility.

Identity Verification (KYC)

000bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to account opening, first withdrawal, and any withdrawal exceeding a threshold determined at our discretion. Acceptable verification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the selected payment method. 000bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account used for deposits must match the name registered on your 000bet account. Third-party deposits will be reversed to the originating account and may result in account review or suspension.

000bet reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on any account at any time, including as a responsible gaming measure at the player's own request or as a risk management control applied by the platform.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or additional security review. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, or to a verified alternative method on file.

000bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse is suspected. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity or terms violations will be forfeited in full.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 000bet are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement applicable to bonus funds is displayed on each promotion's individual terms page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance and any winnings derived directly from it.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 000bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation remains valid under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonus funds are used first before real-money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to progressive jackpots, live casino tables, and some crash games — may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. Check the relevant promotion page for full details.

Bonus Abuse

000bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; collusion between players to exploit promotional offers; placing offsetting bets across accounts to guarantee risk-free withdrawal of bonus funds; and any other strategy that 000bet reasonably determines to be exploitative rather than recreational. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 000bet platform are subject to the official rules of the relevant sport and governing body. In the event of any ambiguity, the decision of the 000bet risk and trading team is final. The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 000bet reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency. A bet accepted after an event has already concluded due to a delay in data transmission may be voided at 000bet's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the relevant market and may vary by sport, market type, and account tier.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, which are available on the platform's help section.

Casino and Live Casino

All casino games available on the 000bet platform, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, are operated under certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer protocols provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the round outcome will be determined by the game's own disconnection and reconnection protocols. 000bet is not liable for outcomes resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Prohibited Betting Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 000bet platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing, manipulation of odds, or any form of cheating in sporting events or casino games.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, AI agents, or any other automated system to place bets without human initiation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Such winnings will be voided regardless of when discovered.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or poker to gain a shared advantage over other participants.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their 000bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and provided no active wagering requirements remain on bonus funds. Accounts under active investigation for fraud, terms abuse, or chargebacks may not be eligible for voluntary closure until the investigation is concluded.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

000bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, multiple account creation, or other exploitative behavior.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated by the player through their payment provider.
• Where required by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

In cases of platform-initiated closure due to terms breach, 000bet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation and returned once the matter is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 000bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill.

000bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

000bet is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment processing failures.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 000bet account, bets, withdrawals, or platform services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including your account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and a clear description of the issue.

000bet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing. All disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction from which 000bet operates, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any legal proceedings.

Language and Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from any translation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and binding version for all purposes. Headings used in this document are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause.
